Robert C. Vasko, MD

Dr. Robert Vasko is a general pediatrician who strives to create a comprehensive medical home for all the patients he sees. His clinical interests include complex care, ADHD, and behavioral health. He believes that every child should have a dedicated primary care pediatrician that serves to not only prevent illness but also to be a guide so that each child can reach their full potential. 

Dr. Vasko received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his internship and residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Before joining UCLA Health, he spent several years as an attending physician at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and as a pediatric hospitalist at Ventura County Medical Center, practicing both inpatient and outpatient medicine.  

Dr. Vasko grew up in Moorpark where he lives with his wife, who is a special education teacher, along with his daughter and son. When he is not in the clinic, he can be found on the local trails, hiking and mountain biking or at the local beaches surfing.
