Dr. Kozlowski graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University in Chicago. He completed his medical school training in Poland at Poznan University of medical sciences. He finished one year of training in Pathology at Loyola University before realizing that his passion was clinical medicine. Dr. Kozlowski then completed his internal medicine training at Rutgers University.
He enjoys teaching his staff and helping his colleagues at work. He has a passion for primary care and places a high level of emphasis on preventative care. Dr. Kozlowski is an expert in treating chronic medical conditions such as hypertension and diabetes and he stresses the importance of being a health advocate for his patients.

Dr Koz greeted me politely with a warm smile and listened earnestly to my health concerns. I was impressed with his interest in my own awareness of my body rather than tell me what’s wrong with me. He seemed familiar with the physical challenges and requirements of my industry and its specific demands and layed out a timeline for my PT and recovery. Dr. Kozlowski has been my primary care doctor for about 10 years. I think this must be a matter of record. I am very happy with the level of care that I receive at the UCLA/ Motion Picture clinic. Instead of waiting 2 1/2 weeks to see my doctor for a fall that I experienced on vacation the receptionist notified the office to expedite my appointment sooner, and I was given an appointment within the next two days. I had a great experience as I always do. Dr. Kozlowski is my primary doctor and I cherish him. I couldn’t ask for a better healthcare. Staff is very and on time with patient request. I would highly recommend Ucla healthcare too all of my friends and family
