Dr. Richard Kim received his undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University, and his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. He is a board certified Family Medicine physician, and enjoys seeing patients from their teen years through senior adult. Dr. Kim sees the physician as a teacher, whose job it is to guide and encourage patients to learn, and make the best decisions for themselves, as personal autonomy is his fundamental guiding principle.

First it is very difficult to get an appointment. Most times it is a month or more out. Dr Kim takes time to listen to your concerns and offer a selection of treatments if there is more than one route to take. He takes time to understand and makes me feel like I have been heard and he wants to make me better. I feel like a person rather than a number on a chart. Kudos to Dr Kim.

Dr. Richard Kim is an exemplary physician! Great experience with this appointment. He was running late, but that was fine because he has great people skills. That’s key. He listened to my issues, I even found out for one of those issues I can get a form of physical therapy that can improve my quality of life by 80%. Aside from that, his insights were appreciated. Thanks again Dr. Kim!
