Dr.Chen is very kind and caring. I trust her medical knowledge and feel safe with her care for me. My medical history is extensive for me, anyway. Dr.Chen is on top of all of it. She carefully updates my information. Dr. Chen is also proactive. I am seeing a Rheumatologist within two weeks and Dr.Chen has already given me a lab slip for testing that will give more information on my initial consult. I certainly appreciate that she is so thorough with my care.

This was my first visit with Dr.Chen. It was a Wellness check. She was so very kind, thoughtful, professional, patient and made me feel very at ease. She carefully listened and was very sincere in her care for my health. She made pertinent suggestions for my care (to do a colonoscopy, labs, vaccines), but wasn’t at all obtrusive. I had seen another PCP at UCLA Health for a while and really liked her, but sadly she left. So, I was a little apprehensive in how I’d feel seeing a new doctor.
