Dr. Chang is knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. Most importantly she is compassionate, empathetic, provides simple explanations, realistic solutions and demonstrates care and attention to her patients. I have not seen her in two years she not only asked about my physical well being but any life changes and possible stress that may be impacting my well being. she was able to demonstrate all the above in about 15-20min without making me feel rushed this is a true skill.

Dr Chang is always such a pleasure to see. She listened and I feel we have a very nice visit along with completing my health check. She answer my questions and always follows up as promised. Incidentally…I very much like the AI patient visit transcription method being trialed during my appointment. From a patient perspective it gave me the impression that there was more one to one connection with my provider rather than her trying to focus on attempting to capture our conversation highlights in the EMR.
