About

Dr. Paige Dyrek is a physiatrist who specializes in non-surgical management of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.  She takes care of athletes of all ages and activity levels and is passionate about helping individuals meet their fitness goals. She uses an individualized, evidence-based approach to patient care and has clinical and research interests in the female athlete, ultrasound-guided and minimally invasive procedures, and orthobiologics.

Dr. Dyrek completed her undergraduate education at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA where she played Division 1 soccer. She earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA and completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Stanford where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. Following residency, she did her Sports Medicine fellowship at Harvard Spaulding / Mass General Brigham where she was involved in coverage for the Boston Red Sox, New England Revolution, Boston Marathon, and Harvard athletics.

She is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, and American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
