Dr. Vaidya was thorough and clear in reviewing my test results. She has incredible bedside manner and is very easy to talk to. She makes sure to explain everything very clearly and take my questions. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have her as my primary care physician. I know she cares about me and my health, which is very refreshing.

The location was easy to find, the parking was free, the facilities were clean. My experience was nice and quick. I was in and out in less than 50 min, including blood work. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all really nice and attentive.

From my very first visit, I felt that this doctor did not take my concerns seriously. Despite giving multiple chances and returning for follow-up appointments, my symptoms were consistently dismissed or minimized. I’ve had to repeatedly advocate for myself just to be heard, which has been exhausting and discouraging. At this point, I’ve decided to find a new primary care physician who listens and takes patient concerns seriously.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and did everything to help make my exam visit be completed quickly. It was all very easy peasy lemon squeezy. Wait times were minimal, blood draws were almost painless, and caregivers were very competent and forgivingly tolerant of my increasingly elderly cantankerous personality.
