Dr. Kamgar is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and Nephrology faculty at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

After medical school graduation, he completed the Renal Disease and Hypertension Research Fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency at the University of California Irvine.
Following residency, Dr. Kamgar completed clinical nephrology and transplant Fellowship at the David Geffen School of Medicine, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He is board-certified in Medicine and Nephrology and awarded as Faculty of the American Society of Nephrology.


Dr. Kamgar's interests in medical education, where he serves as Director of Nephrology Fellowship Training Program.

He works as a critical care nephrologist in Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and his outpatient practice is located at Westwood UCLA Nephrology Medical Plaza with a special interest in the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease, ADPKD, and Lupus Nephritis.
