Dr Ma set me at ease starting the session with a minute of casual chat. She explained everything clearly using visual metaphor that the layperson could easily understand. She was willing to make the time to do a Telehealth appointment so I could talk to her prior to leaving on a trip. She answered all my questions. As usual, she is kind and caring.
