Dr. Michelle Kelley is a primary care physician who practices in Thousand Oaks. She is board certified in internal medicine and has a clinical interest in preventive care. As a physician, Dr. Kelley believes in fostering a strong doctor-patient relationship to enhance quality of care.
Dr. Kelley received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. During her residency, Dr. Kelley was awarded Resident of the Year and was selected to participate in the Leadership in Medicine track. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society.
Before coming to UCLA Health, Dr. Kelley practiced primary care outpatient medicine in Fresno, California. During this time, she also worked as an inpatient hospitalist and teaching attending. She was nominated annually for the esteemed Champion in Care award. The residents she taught also nominated her as Faculty of the Year.
When she’s not working, Dr. Kelley enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with family.

I am lucky to have Dr. Kelly as my primary care physician. She is exceptional in so many ways, but her one attribute that is so rare is that she really listens. She then answers each of my questions or concerns with acute knowledge and careful explanations. I let Dr Kelly know how much I appreciated her when my appointment was over, but I want the UCLA medical group to acknowledge her many attributes.

Was given an appointment ASAP because I fell last week and got a concussion and broke my nose. Dr. Kelley explained a brain injury to me, how long it lasts and what to do or don’t do. My breast was severely bruised and she told me to watch for an infection, apply heat and how to handle my next mamogram. She is not only kind but so so knowledgeable !!
