I requested an appointment yesterday, and was seeing the Dr. First thing this morning. I couldn't believe how quickly I got in to see him. He was exactly on time this morning for our appointment and provided excellent information. He immediately scheduled a cardiologist follow up for me. I could not be happier!!!

Dr. Bier explained to me very explicitly why my blood pressure was usually high when I get to the doctor’s office called “White Coat Syndrome” Additionally, he also explained the concept of two BP equipments at the clinic differs from the one I have at home. Dr. Bier is very concerned about my blood pressure due to my family medical history.

I appreciate the time and effort my provider took to see me; however, my recent visit felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. The interaction felt scripted from beginning to end, including well-meaning but generic statements that didn’t quite reflect my personal health context. For instance, despite sharing that I exercise regularly, I was still advised to exercise —a recommendation that didn’t make sense. When I'm already working out 5 times a week, plus mountain biking and hiking on the other days. What I value in a primary care provider is a calm, personalized approach that shows genuine care and attentiveness. Unfortunately, this appointment felt more like a checklist than a conversation. I hope future visits can be more engaging and tailored to individual needs.

This wasn’t my regular PCP. I needed urgent care . He was friendly but didn’t spent reasonable time to hear me. Probably less than 7-8 minutes. I didn’t even realized he was leaving as he never inquired if I had any other concerns or questions.

Nice doctor, listened to my breathing, asked me to go get an xray and left, all within 4-minutes. Sort of thought he’d be coming back but that was the end of the meeting. Hoped he’d have given me the results of the xray the same day, and potentially, my prescription, but that didn’t happen.
