Dr. Wong was absolutely phenomenal. She heard that I had a breathing issue and came in to see me to get an albuterol nebulizer set up first – which I was truly grateful for! When she came back, which she did twice more, she was caring, compassionate, and really took the time to listen to me. What a wonderful doctor – thank you!

This was follow up to a video visit woth different doctor on same day....was told to report in person to Urgent Care...I then seen Dr. Wong, who reads documentation before she come in to see you. She didn't do exam only took my concerns and ordered me ultrasound for further testing. She knew exactly what was going on when she cane in and she also helped refill my prescriptions.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wong’s knowledge and experience when I was seen at UCLA Care at the West Field Mall Shopping Center. I got there 5 min late late as they stop taking clients at 7:30 pm. I went there knowing we were coming late and be close to closing. It was worth a try as my chest was tight and uncomfortable. I needed a breathing treatment. The doctor and the staff were lovely They stayed late for me and that was so impressive. I finally got rellef as it made a huge difference. I am so grateful to have all the staff an Dr. Wong show you cared.

I liked my experience with this doctor and based on that I would be inclined to visit this specific Urgent Care again. The doctor double checked information with me from intake with the nurse, and reviewed my past history and medications with me. She welcomed questions and also invited me into her thought process by talking out her diagnostic approach and walking me through differential diagnoses and why some things seem less possible than others and reviewed lab results from a urine test to help me understand all the results. I am I pleasantly surprised when encountering a Doctor Who provides an experience that truly feels patient centered, while giving that collaborative feeling with patient agency, while maintaining their professional expertise. Really great experience.

I found it very easy to get the help I needed. My toddler and I are jet lagged and I couldn’t bring him with me to a physical appointment because he was so tired he fell asleep while I was holding him. So having the video visit was extremely helpful. I gave the doctor what symptoms I had and she found me a solution right away.
