Dr. Marwah Shahid is a cardiologist who practices at UCLA Health. She specializes in both the prevention and management of all types of heart disease.
Dr. Shahid completed her Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine. Prior to this, Marwah completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and Internal Medicine Residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Shahid completed a second fellowship in Biodesign at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her clinical interest is in the integration of novel technology for cardiovascular disease treatment. She serves as the Director of the UCLA Health Women’s Cardiovascular Center at Santa Clarita.
