About
Dr. Ovsiowitz attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in biology. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency, chief residency, and gastroenterology fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ovsiowitz has been on the UCLA faculty since 2007 and he is board certified in gastroenterology.

Desk Staff were helpful. Dr Ovsiowitz was excellent. He listened patiently and closely while giving me the opportunity to tell my experience of symptoms and a history of events and details related to their onset and changes up to the present moment and efficiently and effectively translated that into an appropriate course of action to check the problem. I’m very thankful for his expertise and getting to see him on this visit as a Gastro specialist.
