Today I saw Dr. Nercessian for a follow up appointment. As always, she was incredibly friendly, patient, kind, thoughtful, basically everything you could hope for in a Doctor. I have a pretty gnarly fear of Doctors, Hospitals, etc. and have never actually had a GP in my adult life, but Dr. Nercessian makes it easy for me to keep up with my appointments/well being. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Nercessian!

She was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m having surgery in 2 days and discovered white spots in the back of my throat. This was very concerning to me. The Dr figured that I could get a penicillin injection instead of waiting for coverage and taking oral antibiotics. So she arranged for me to get the injection in the office. I was so happy she as able to think out of the box.

Dr. Nercessian is anything but what I often call a "clipboard doctor," who just comes into the exam room, skims over the lab results and says, "Okay, perhaps try and watch your diet, and see me again in 3 months." She always takes her time to get a real image of the whole healthcare picture going on, and then makes recommendations/gives me direction based not only on her research, but her intuition and years of experience. I always am left feeling like we do this as a team - just the greatest. Terrific physician.

Dr. Nercessian always listens and engages with what I'm saying. I never feel rushed or brushed off or not taken seriously. In fact, I have never felt so supported by a doctor and actually look forward to speaking with her when I'm worried about something because I know she'll take me seriously. Dr. Nercessian is a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Nercessian is the best doctor! She really takes her time with you. She does a full assessment and actually listens to you. I never feel rushed and I always feel like I?m in good hands. I?ve been brushed off by doctors in the past but she is a breath of fresh air and never makes me feel stupid for having concerns or questions. Hold on to this doctor!
