Mairead J. Torsney-Weir, MD

Dr. Maggie Torsney-Weir is a board-certified geriatrician and family medicine doctor. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency and fellowship at Lancaster General Hospital in central Pennsylvania. She is trained in immediate and preventive care for people of all ages, as well as the management of chronic health conditions. She is passionate about providing high quality evidence-based care, and she takes great joy in partnering with patients and their families and engaging in advocacy efforts to promote the health and well-being of older adults.

Dr. Torsney-Weir is from Pennsylvania but has lived in the Los Angeles area for over a decade. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling with her two children, and hiking with her rescue husky.
