I have a dog bite, and Dr. Kellerman took care of the wound and was extra careful to explain to me how serious it can be if not cared for properly. She also told me I did the right thing by coming in. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

Dr. Kellman asked important questions and patiently listened to all my concerns. Her viewpoints were very important, especially encouraging me to attend to a secondary issue. When initial test results were negative, she took PCR. Today she called with positive for SRV. Thorough, caring, knowledgeable, she's great!

So I was sort of an anxious mess about chest pain caused by sneezing 4 days prior to the point where I assumed had an underlying health condition that made it hurt so bad. All the nursing staff was SO kind to me. And Doctor Fellman (I think?) was so thorough. No one every made me feel like I was overreacting which I have experienced in the past. She asked me good questions and explained why my EKG and my chest Xray appeared to be normal.

Great experience at the Urgent Care today. I’m the only patient there this afternoon.. so short time wait. Doctor saw my R lateral ankle infected wound. Did the culture and took a picture. Prescribed an Antibiotic and cleaned the wound. The doctor asked detailed questions and also answered my questions with regards to my current physical condition and chief complaint.
