Lily D. Stoner, CNM

Lily Stoner, CNM, received her master's degree in Nurse Midwifery from Yale University in 2022. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Biology from Oberlin College. 

Lily started her midwifery journey in college. After learning about how midwives improve birth outcomes, she got trained as a doula and began supporting families at Homeless Prenatal Program in San Francisco. She went on to work in various capacities at Planned Parenthood prior to completing her midwifery training at Yale. Lily worked as a midwife in the Bay Area for 4 years prior to relocating to Los Angeles.

Her experiences over the years have shaped her perspective as a clinician, which is that all people deserve to feel heard, understood and empowered in healthcare settings. It brings her joy to provide evidence-supported care tailored to meet peoples’ individual needs and values. Lily has a particular interest in supporting Spanish speakers, LGBTIA+ folks and the women across all stages of the reproductive lifespan including menopause. 

Lily enjoys meandering around her new neighborhood with her dog and partner, exploring new thrift stores and restaurants. She is a big fan of life’s simple pleasures, like a long phone call with an old friend and a morning cup of coffee in bed.
