It was efficient and how I envisioned all UCLA telehealth video visits should go in the future. He listened to me, gave me time to ask all my questions and also listened to me and just encouraged me to ask all the right questions. He also was honest with me and told me he didn’t have a direct answer to one of questions regarding a possible drug interaction. Furthermore, he made himself accessible to be if I need to follow up with him again, if the issue did not heal within the next few days.

I had a great experience starting from the front desk to check out desk. Everyone was so patient and attentive and Dr was able to inform me and diagnose what I was experiencing. Overall, I felt reassured as I came very worried and concerned about all the symptoms I was experiencing. So it was nice to be able to communicate with the doctor, my concerns and be reassured that he would be able to prescribe me what I needed.
