Originally from southern California, Dr. Carnazzola moved to Chicago for medical school and residency. She worked in Urgent Care in the northern suburbs of Chicagoland and had a private practice in the community where she raised her three children. Dr. Carnazzola returned here after several decades in the Midwest and is glad to be home, where she enjoys hiking, theater, walking on the beach, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
