Video appointment - Dr Chang seemed to know what was going on with me although I really needed an in-person visit. All the immediate care facilities were too full to take me. At least he ordered meds for me and a chest x-ray, which I appreciated.

I needed help urgently and the staff was able to get me in right away this morning. I was seen by Dr Cheng and he was efficient and nice and we very quickly covered the basics, no frills. He explained to me that there is a chance what I have is viral but he gave me antibiotics just in case. He was transparent without over complicating things and he came across as confident.
