Dr. Keiko Tochikura is a primary care physician who practices at UCLA Health MPTF Toluca Lake location in Burbank. She is board certified in family medicine.
Dr. Tochikura received her medical degree from Fukui Medical University in Japan. She completed her U.S. residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana, and fellowship at the University of Hawaii.
Prior to joining UCLA Health, she worked at the Tokyo Medical Surgical Clinic, the American Medical Center on Guam, and the Johns Hopkins affiliated Tokyo Midtown Clinic in Tokyo.
When she's not in the Toluca Lake office, Dr. Tochikura enjoys teaching medical students and working in one of UCLA Health's satellite clinics, caring for pediatric patients.

My dr is great! She is direct and kind and helpful and comes nearby so that I can go over the test results easily, and efficiently. My last BLOOD DRAW showed several Abnormalities. Today, Dr. Tochikura, explained everything to me and wrote notes on my papers, that I got to go home with. I had a few things, I was concerned about, and she took her time to explain and look into my other concerns. Dr. Tochikura has been my PRIMARY Doctor for years, since she started at Toluca Lake.
