Dr. MacIntyre, and the entire staff were outstanding for my evening appointment. I wasn’t feeling too well and their patience with me and assistance was very helpful. I also appreciate the front desk help in getting me an earlier appointment for a very much needed ultrasound. Also the kind gentleman who took my vitals was very kind. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great experience with UCLA urgent care!

My doctor was kind, considerate, observant, professional and had a generosity in bedside manner which felt personal and compassionate. She shared resource options and seemed concerned with my general well being. I felt seen, heard and cared for. In addition to her exception attention… the attendant/ nurse/ Assitant care provider was so kind and attentive. I was very anxious when I first arrived but his efforts put me at ease and truly helped me. .

The video care doctor was efficient and professional. After listening to me, describe all my symptoms her diagnosis of the best diagnosis that she could receive through the video she suggested that I go to the emergency room. But seems did not forward our video information to the ER when I arrived.
