As always, Dr. Arzoo answered questions and provided valuable information and support. He also agreed to speak privately with my wife, who had her own set of concerns separate from the specifics of my infusion treatments. He introduced her to a therapist, whose office was nearby, so that she could make an appointment to discuss her concerns.

Dr. Arzoo talked to me about the neuropathy in my feet and made some suggestions about how to keep it from getting worse. He also listened to me and had some tips on nutrition. Very nice doctor!

Dr. Arzoo spoke too quickly, made illegible notes and then declared I understood complex concepts (I did, but not because he explained them well), told terrifying stories of bad cancer outcomes and then blithely declared I didnt have to worry about those outcomes. He asked what I did for work and the laughed and said, “so you dont work at all!” (I am a college professor). He was insulting, bad at explaining complicated concepts, and seemed in a rush the whole time. I plan to request a different Oncologist.

Absolutely love Dr Arzoo. Chemotherapy is never fun yet every time I truly look forward to spend a bit of time with Dr Arzoo. I love his professionalism, his devotion to medicine, his knowledge and his compassion. He is indeed a very caring, courteous and excellent professional.

This is what this very competent, disciplened, dedicated and compassionate man gives on each and every visit. My wife and I had almost a half hour with Dr. Arzoo in his office before the infusion process began. He answered our questions, especially about a rash on my neck and continued tiredness, which seems to be cumulative. He also showed me how to do deep knee bends to keep my lower body muscles strong and flexible.

My wife and I welcomed Dr. Arzoo back from his brief vacation, and we asked his opinion on whether Benadryl (which I had been taking in two 25mg. tablets at previous infusion sessions) could cause my BPH symptoms to intensify. He thought it might be possible, and encouraged me to discuss the issue with my urologist. I also told him about refills that I needed for two of the drugs he prescribed, and he got on it immediately.

Before the infusion process began, my wife and I had almost a half hour with Dr. Arzoo in his office. We wanted to show him a rash that I had developed across my stomach, which he explained was a side effect of the medication. The same for a stye on my left eye. He also answered other questions we had, and by the time the infusion was to begin we had accomplished a great deal.

Dr Arzoo was personable and friendly but very professional. He not only explained things well but showed me his explanations by making notations and small charts. This really helped since I am more a visual person than auditory. Several times he asked if I had any questions and would answer those well or ask me to explain my concern. One of the best doctors I have seen.
