Jonathan Su, MD

Dr. Jonathan Su is a Pediatric Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at UCLA Medical Center, specializing in diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias in children and young adults. He is dedicated to advancing care for patients affected by arrhythmias, with a particular focus on congenital heart disease and inherited heart rhythm disorders. Dr. Su earned his medical school from Saint Louis University before completing his pediatric residency training here at UCLA. He continued fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiology at UCLA, followed by specialized training in Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology at Boston Children’s Hospital, the primary pediatric hospital of Harvard University.

During his time at Boston Children’s, Dr. Su gained extensive training in advanced electrophysiology procedures. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Su is deeply committed to research. He has authored over a dozen peer-reviewed publications in prominent journals, including Heart Rhythm Journal and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. He has also presented his research at international conferences, such as Heart Rhythm Society and the World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology.

Dr. Su is an active fellow of several leading professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), and the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society (PACES).
