About

Jamil Aboulhosn, MD specializes in adult congenital heart disease, structural interventional cardiology, and heart disease in pregnancy. Dr. Aboulhosn is the Director of the Ahmanson/UCLA Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center. He is a member of the writing committee for the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Guidelines on Adult Congenital Heart Disease and is the Chairman of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) ACHD Board Examination Committee.

Dr. Aboulhosn is also actively involved with Camp del Corazon, a free camp for children with heart disease. Gala del Sol, the annual fundraising celebration of Camp del Corazon, honored Dr. Aboulhosn as a leader in congenital heart disease in April 2017. Not only is Dr. Aboulhosn at the forefront of providing the best cardiac care to congenital heart disease patients but he is a leader in treating every patient as a unique individual.

Dr Jamil Alboulhosn was on time. He explained everything with thoroughness and took his time explaining. He looks very confident and very knowledgeable. He really looks like he was prepared to discuss my health issues and plan of treatment and care. He seems like he put alot of research into my case. He makes me and my family comfortable moving forward with his treatment plans. I feel blessed to have him for my doctor for my care . I have a very rare heart condition and takes a special doctor like him as well as the rest of the team. Please pass my message to him. Thank you all.
