Jamie Kessler, MS, RD

Jamie is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in gastrointestinal disorders. She earned her master's degree in nutrition, healthspan and longevity from the University of Southern California and completed clinical training across a variety of healthcare settings throughout Southern California. Jamie provides individualized, evidence-based nutrition care for patients with digestive conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), celiac disease, constipation, and other disorders of gut-brain interaction. Her clinical interests include the gut-brain axis and the role of nutrition in managing complex gastrointestinal symptoms. Jamie is passionate about helping patients develop sustainable dietary strategies that reduce symptom burden, improve quality of life, and promote a positive relationship with food.
