Dr Higgins gave me the time to talk about a second opinion regarding my surgery. He took the time to really look through my chart for everything I was discussing. He's a good doctor with a great personality and I'm glad to have him as part of my team. I felt that he really cared and I felt secure with him.

My meeting with Dr. Higgins was simply by telephone, no video, just conversation. Dr. Higgins is always professional and thorough and I definitely missed seeing him in person. I don’t think I will do that again if I can help it.
