My provider was very knowledgeable. This was my first video conference, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But he answered a lot of questions I don't usually get to ask in my physician visits. And I think he was very thorough - he had lots of answers and covered a myriad of topics.
Jacob called me at 12:30 PM today. He introduced himself and explained what we would accomplish on the video call. He was professional, considerate of my feelings with many of the questions and he was patient when I was talking too much. All in all the call went very well!
