About

Dr. Ahronowitz is the Vice Chief of Clinical Affairs in the UCLA Division of Dermatology. She completed both medical school and dermatology residency at the University of California San Francisco. She provides care to patients with a wide range of dermatologic conditions. Her academic interests are in clinical operations, medical education, skin conditions of organ transplant recipients, and HIV dermatology. She is a past recipient of the USC Dermatology Teaching Award and the USC Provost’s Mentoring Award.

She was very through and is the first doctor to fully explain to me what is going on and she has a plan of dealing with the problem and if these initial steps do not work she has a plan going forward. And she answered all my questions.

Dr. Ahronowitz treated me with great care and consideration, and she prescribed medication to help clear several rashes that I developed from an infusion process that I have been undergoing for several weeks. She answered my questions thoughtfully, and my wife���s questions as well. She made a follow-up appointment for me in three months.
