Provider was late and was incredibly unpleasant compared to the other doctors (all of them) and the staff. She rushed me through the visit with probably 10 minutes tops spent. Worst doctor experience I’ve had at Telucla Lake clinic.

I really appreciate it that when it comes to unforeseen event that I could trust the staff from the front desk, the nurses, the scheduler and the doctor to step up and meet the needs of the patient. I called for unscheduled video visit today and the staff were able to squeeze me in everybody’s busy schedule. My health need was met. I’ve seen Dr. Okoh and she prescribed me the necessary meds I needed. That’s what we call team effort and team work. Thank you very much everyone. You’re the best.
