I really appreciate it that when it comes to unforeseen event that I could trust the staff from the front desk, the nurses, the scheduler and the doctor to step up and meet the needs of the patient. I called for unscheduled video visit today and the staff were able to squeeze me in everybody’s busy schedule. My health need was met. I’ve seen Dr. Okoh and she prescribed me the necessary meds I needed. That’s what we call team effort and team work. Thank you very much everyone. You’re the best.

Dr. Okoh was thorough during my examination and proactive in requesting specialist referrals for me. However, I felt rushed during the entire appointment and was barely given an opportunity to ask her questions about in going health conditions or future procedures/examinations.

Dr. Okoh was so patient and kind. I had become overwhelmed trying to deal with so many problems over the last 2 months, that my future life offered little happiness. Dr. Okoh listened patiently and was able to suggest possible solutions that I had not considered. She also was kind enough to personally take care of several medical problems immediately. Seeing how easily she was able to make things better, gave me hope that I would be able to deal with my non-medical problems too. I am so grateful that she is my primary care doctor.
