I had my first appointment with this doctor today and it could not have gone better. She was extremely professional, took the time to listen carefully, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how thoughtfully she considered my situation and the clarity of her recommendations. It’s rare to feel this well supported at a first visit, and I’m very grateful for the experience.

She was in the room for less than 2 minutes. She told me the results from my lab test and left. Didnt ask me about any of my symptoms and didnt give any guidance on what to do next for symptom management. Had better luck from ChatGPT after this appointment.

I really appreciate it that when it comes to unforeseen event that I could trust the staff from the front desk, the nurses, the scheduler and the doctor to step up and meet the needs of the patient. I called for unscheduled video visit today and the staff were able to squeeze me in everybody’s busy schedule. My health need was met. I’ve seen Dr. Okoh and she prescribed me the necessary meds I needed. That’s what we call team effort and team work. Thank you very much everyone. You’re the best.
