About
Dr. Heather Cornett is a general pediatrician in the Westlake Village office. She has been taking care of children and adolescents in the Conejo Valley area since 2004. Dr. Cornett loves working together with parents to provide comprehensive pediatric care and watching patients and families grow. She has a special interest in taking care of skin issues such as treating warts and acne. Additionally, she enjoys taking care of adolescent issues.
Dr. Cornett received her medical degree from UCLA in 1999. She received the Janet M. Glasgow award, honoring top graduating female doctors, and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital in 2002 and was chosen to stay an additional year as Chief Resident. She graduated with honors from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
Dr. Cornett grew up in Ventura and currently lives in Newbury Park with her husband and three children. She enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking with her family in Mammoth, working on her succulent garden, and cheering for her kids on the soccer field.
