We had a Telehealth call and discussed my need for a CPAP machine. As this is the first time that I've ever needed a device or medicine prescribed I didn't know what to expect. He is a consummate professional and answered all my questions thoroughly, putting me at ease.

He gave me a sufficient amount of time. He was pleasant as always, though I know he was busy and had to move on. He was very thorough answered all my questions made me feel more positive about things gave me some hope that I can get myself better, which is probably one of the most important things that a doctor can do
