Dr. Chen was very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns, reviewed my recents lab report with me, and thoroughly explained my options for treatment. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and treatment options. She changed one of my medications and sent the order to my pharmacy. Her personal manner, cheerful attitude and friendly smile were welcomed and appreciated. I have the utmost confidence and trust in her ability to treat my GERD and IBD conditions. Her assistant and office staff were very helpful and professional. They processed my check in procedure quickly and promptly guided mt to an examination room to prepare me for the doctor. Following my examination I was informed in detail how to proceed in gathering a specimen at home for evaluation at the laboratory, and given a follow-up appointment. Thank you!
