As a follow up to a video call with another UCLA doctor I was only able to schedule a video call. Dr So wrote back saying that if I needed meds she needed to see me. I drove in, we can a quick but good meeting. I hope to feel better in another day or two. 5 Stars for fitting in into her busy schedule.

It started great. We did the physical and she was inputting my data while asking me about my health history. She went outside in the middle of my explanation because she needed to do something, but she said she would be back. She came back, quickly mentioned that she ordered me some lab tests, and that was it. The visit abruptly ended and I wasn’t at all clear about my next steps or my diagnosis, and there are some concerns that we haven’t addressed.

I had to book with this doctor because my primary care physician or general practitioner was unavailable. They made me feel like they were rushing out of the appointment. I had to stop them and let them know. I had more concerns and questions about my health. And even then she stood close to the door and seemed annoyed that she had to continue helping me
