Reviews
She is awesome in every way
Dr So is always timely with very little wait. She takes my past history into account and she efficiently sorted out the referrals. She shows a personal level of concern and care which I appreciate.
Dr. So is great! She always makes me feel comfortable and has been very swift, accurate, and effective at diagnosing and solving any of my medical issues. I’d give her my highest recommendation.
The whole appointment was less than 5 minutes even though it was my first time seeing this doctor. I didn’t feel heard or seen. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I will not see this doctor a second time.
Dr. So was not very professional in the way she spoke to me during my video visit. I believe there is always a respectful and compassionate way to communicate with patients, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. During the visit, she made a comment questioning why I had scheduled a video appointment and suggested that a “high schooler representative” had probably made the appointment. I explained that I had actually spoken with a triage nurse, but she made another remark afterward that came across as dismissive and demeaning. She spoke very quickly, so I don’t remember her exact words, but the tone left me feeling uncomfortable. My concerns are not about her personally, but about her professionalism as a physician. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, empathy, and respect, and I did not feel that I was treated that way during my appointment. Because of this experience, I would not recommend or choose to see her again as my provider. ZERO rating!
