Dr Diana Reed is always available to me during my 6 months regular visits to answer any questions I might have. She also immediately gives me feedbacks on my blood tests, which is usually within 24 hours, really unheard off for both test results and doctor’s information. Some of my friends have to wait many days to get such information! Also should I need to contact her through the UCLA login for anything she or a staff member respond almost immediately.

Dr. Reed gave me detailed explanation of my health condition, which helped me feel at ease with the care being given to me at UCLA. Dr. Reed did a thorough check of my lungs and verified my atrial fibrillation. She also advised me on what to do and not to do to help my on-going recovery. Furthermore, Dr. Reed provided referrals and clear instructions on tests that I need to get done soon at UCLA. She was very pleasant, attentive, and had great understanding of my health situation.

Dr. Reed provided an overall view of my health situation. She informed me that I should go to ER if my blood oxygen level drops below 92%. Later that evening my blood oxygen dropped to 88%. I followed Dr. Reed’s guidance and went to UCLA ER where my health condition was attended to aggressively. I was discharged after 2 days. Going to ER saved my health from further deterioration. And I owe it to Dr. Reed.

I love Dr. Reed. Compared to seeing a different doctor last week who did not provide me effective options to mitigate my pain and he did not correctly diagnose my issue correctly, Dr. Reed was much more thorough in her examination and gave me multiple options for pain relief, and pain medication that actually worked for me. She also provided me a viable treatment plan that made sense and explained at what point I may need an MRI.
