There were two areas of concern that required a skin biopsy. Dr Kneiber patiently answered my questions, and explained the skin biopsy procedure so that I knew what to expect. She listens and is easy to communicate with. She explains and gives information in detail. Her expertise in the field of dermatology and in general medicine is excellent. Smooth and comfortable. How is that? I got a good education and the treatment was much easier than I anticipated and prepared for. All of that being said, I like my doctor. Not everyone can say that. I showed up for the walk-in clinic, thinking it was directly affiliated with the dermatology facility. Once I went thru the appt and realized I actually needed to see my dermatologist, they got me back in same day, which I really appreciated. They always run on time, and are extremely efficient. This dermatology office is amazing and I drive a fair distance to receive this type of care. Well done!
