Dr Kneiber is kind, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what she was seeing, and suggesting a treatment path where necessary. There were two areas of concern that required a skin biopsy. Dr Kneiber patiently answered my questions, and explained the skin biopsy procedure so that I knew what to expect. I appreciate that Dr Kneiber educated me on how to care for the biopsy sites, and when to expect Pathology results. It was a good, productive visit.

I showed up for the walk-in clinic, thinking it was directly affiliated with the dermatology facility. Once I went thru the appt and realized I actually needed to see my dermatologist, they got me back in same day, which I really appreciated. They always run on time, and are extremely efficient. I got my appointment right away. I was seen right away. The doctor was very thorough and made 2 referrals for me. My biopsy was harmless. The staff was great also.

Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely thorough. They gathered information necessary to begin the procedure.
