Outstanding experience. Grateful to have this service. First time I have ever used this feature. Thank you for the amazing doctor I was lucky enough to get to take my video visit. She was wonderful. She knew exactly what needed to be done for my symptoms. She was kind and patient & offered me everything that will help me get well. She sent in all the prescriptions I will need. This was fast & easy & I appreciated not having to walk in to Toluca Health center to wait in a lobby full of sick people to see a doctor. I can’t even sit up. Having the ability to speak with a skilled professional so quickly in the comfort of my bed was exactly what I needed today. Thank you UCLA Heath & to the talented dr I spoke with today. Very impressed. I will definitely use the Immediate care video visit again. Huge time saver. Exceeded all my needs today.

It was supposed to be an annual physical. She spent very little time with me after I waited for 45 minutes to see her. She did not go over vaccines I might need. She did not ask about family history or talk about when I should begin Pap smear or mammogram screening. She did not ask if I had concerns. It should not count as my annual physical.

She was wonderful. She explained the medication’s. She explained why certain things are happening to me because I haven’t been taking certain medications and she reviewed my history and made sense out of all of it to me. She was as good as a doctor could be.

She ordered blood work but didn’t say that one of the test needs to be done fasting. Went to the lab , they did all the blood test. Of course some of blood tests are incorrect. Since when you do glucose without fasting? Why is my glucose test done without being fasting? Why am I not being told to come in the morning if is afternoon and I ate and didn’t fast?
