Diana, NP was exceptional. She was a good listener and a knowledgeable clinician. Unfortunately, she was not able to drain my abscess due to the location, but referred me for a stat appointment with surgery. She provided me with a script for antibiotics and an antibiotic ointment.

The location was very convenient (Thousand Oaks), appointment was on time. I had an appointment for an ekg. The nurse (np) was wonderful, very caring and knew I was stressed out about my coming lobectomy surgery. She knew what I was dealing with and was extremely reassuring that I would be in good hands. Her genuine care and understanding was something I will never forget. A personal thank you for her kindness.

Diana was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of my appointment she made me feel like she truly cared. She took the time to explain my options and made me feel like I wasn?t going crazy. Severe back pain had finally taken its toll and I had not been able to reach my regular doctor. I was afraid to go to an urgent care and have my concerns brushed off. Diana showed concern from the very beginning and ordered x-rays. I received the results within hours. I will be following up with UCLA orthopedics and I am so grateful to have met Diana and I can?t say enough about her care. I wish there were more like her. Thank you Diana!
