Provider was professional, informative, and educated all staff with polite, respectful, explained everything that they were going to do before they did. It inquired regarding my concert, explained the procedure that was performed. I was seen on time. I was given post procedure. Instructions told when I might be able to get the results and that I would be contacted with those results by the provider or my questions were answered and addressed. from checking to leaving everything was very seamless

She’s always incredibly rushed. I don’t know if she just doesn’t like me or what is going on but it seems like she just really doesn’t want to be there. It’s kind of frustrating and demoralizing. This happens every time. I feel like nothing is improving and I keep having to wait for months for another appointment and when the actual appt comes I see her for 5-7 minutes and that’s it.
