Daniella Miriam Melamed, MD

Dr. Daniella Melamed is a primary care physician who practices at the UCLA Health MTPF Bob Hope facility in Hollywood. She is board certified in family medicine and is dedicated to continuity of care and patient-centered medicine. She has a special focus on preventive care, family-centered care, and addiction medicine.

Dr. Melamed received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her medical degree from Tel Aviv University and completed her residency at the California Hospital Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program.
