Dana Hong, DO CAQSM
Dr. Dana Hong is a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency training at Ventura County Medical Center, followed by her Sports Medicine fellowship training at the University of California, San Diego/San Diego Sports Medicine with advanced training in diagnostic and therapeutic musculoskeletal ultrasound.
Dr. Hong is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), the California Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP), and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM).
She is proud to serve the UCLA Health community, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. As both a physician and Tae Kwon Do Master, Dr. Hong is passionate about empowering individuals and promoting active, healthy lifestyles for patients and athletes of all ages.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Hong enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, exploring restaurants and cafes, and cooking Korean cuisine.
