Claire brings over a decade of experience working with diverse clients across telehealth and healthcare settings. Equipped with specialized training in anxiety disorders, cardiac care, trauma, and perinatal mental health, she holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, EMDR, and a degree in Somatic Psychology.

As a medical social worker in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Claire has developed deep empathy for her clients' unique challenges. She creates a warm, safe space where clients feel heard and seen, working collaboratively to support them in developing skills for healthy, fulfilling lives while uncovering personal strengths.
