About
Dr. Carlos Macias is a Cardiac Electrophysiologist. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, and his clinical complex include Cardiac Ablation, Complex Arrhythmia Ablation, atrial fibrillation, electrophysiology, implantable cardiac devices and lead extraction among others.
Dr. Macias received his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Mexico. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of New Mexico Medical Center. He moved to the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA for an additional fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
