About
Dr. Burt is Professor & Chief of the Division of Thoracic Surgery at UCLA. He is a clinical surgeon and a translational scientist who leads a multi-faceted research program designed to advance the treatment of conditions that his patients encounter. Dr. Burt is a Director on the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) Board of Directors, and Associate Editor for the Journal of Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery (JTCVS).
