Brianne D. Romeroso, MD

Brianne D. Romeroso, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is a board-certified Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She serves as Assistant Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, a founding faculty member of the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at UCLA, and the Lead of Clinical Development for the UCLA Comprehensive Menopause Program. Dr. Romeroso is a fellow of ACOG, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and a member of AAGL, The Menopause Society, and ISSWSH.

Dr. Romeroso practices full-spectrum general obstetrics and gynecology and is dedicated to the advancement of evidence-based longitudinal surgical care for gynecologic patients across the reproductive lifespan. Her clinical and academic interests center on the integration of midlife care within complex benign gynecology, including the intersection of menopause and hormone therapy with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and general fibroid management.
