Boris Arbit, MD

Dr. Boris Arbit is a cardiologist who is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and his medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Arbit focuses on management of acute coronary syndromes, chronic chest pain, coronary artery disease, chronic heart failure, and valvular abnormalities. Dr. Arbit performs all modalities of cardiac imaging.

Dr. Arbit has focused his research on novel biomarkers of heart disease, stress-testing, and anticoagulation strategies for patients with atrial fibrillation.

Dr. Arbit tries to practice what he preaches and stays active – in the water, surfing or on land, running after his daughter and son. He speaks English, Russian, and Spanish.
