The doctor tries so hard to be efficient that they don't listen to my responses or questions. That's not quite right, they answer my questions, but maneuvers to discourage conversation. Dr Tran is a wonderful doctor. She really listens to her patients, explains things clearly, and never seems rushed. It is for this reason that 3 generations of my family are her patients. Her staff and nurses are kind and caring - just like Dr Tran.

She went through the list of questions, listened to my answers, clarified when necessary. I was not able to ask about issues I presented with. I needed to make an appointment to get med refills. When I went on line, I was given to the Annual Physical section. My mistake.
