Azar T. Razikeen, MD

Dr. Azar Razikeen is a board-certified family medicine physician who practices in Porter Ranch. His clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, mental and physical health, sports, health and medical education, and evidenced-based medicine. He enjoys seeing patients from newborns to elderly.

Dr. Razikeen started the first four years of his higher educational journey at UCLA where he earned his Biology, B.S. with Departmental Honors and continued at UCLA as a teaching assistant for hundreds of students for an upper division biology course, served as a medical scribe for pediatric cardiology at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), and spent four years at Wayne State University School of Medicine (WSUSOM) in Detroit, Michigan where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.). He returned to Southern California to complete his three years of residency in Family Medicine at Adventist Health Glendale, an affiliate of Loma Linda University. LA is his home and he truly believes that it is a privilege to practice medicine and treat his patients and hopes and plans to never lose this passion.

Outside of work, he enjoys focused weight lifting sessions, running with his dad, cooking with his mom, playing tennis and finding new restaurants with his friends, and volunteering for the community.
