She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, made me feel heard, and demonstrated a genuine interest in my well-being. Her bedside manner was exceptional—she explained everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism she provided during our appointment.

One of the best experiences with a doctor, she cares so much about her patients! She asked me a question about how I was doing and my holiday, I gave her an honest answer, she made me feel cared about and comfortable. She let me talk and did not rush me out . If more doctors were like her, we all would be happy and cared for.

My first visit with Dr. Kapadia was wonderful. I needed a physical to clear me for upcoming cataract surgery, which was accomplished. She looked at the vitamin supplements I was taking and suggested I add calcium due to my osteopenia. She’s easy to communicate with and I will keep her on my list of preferred doctors.
